hi everyone.this is my 1st posting so please be gentle with me,i have a 2 year norton internet security 2010 installed on my pc with 548 days subscription remaining.my son has just got a 6 month norton internet security 2010 for 3 pcs and said i could use one of his entitlements.i clicked on the express renewal and added the new key but to my dismay instead of the 180 days being added to my existing 548 days i have only got 180 days left,hope this makes sense.be grateful for any constructive advise in rectifying this problem.thanks in advance.
