Hi all, if anyone can help or tell me what i'm doing wrong that would be great. I'm running a windows version 7 pc with Norton IS 2012 licenced for 3 with approx 69 days remaining. My wife bought a laptop and we un-installed Mcaffe and bought Norton IS 2013 as it is compatible with Windows 8 whicj runs on the laptop. How do i get the remaining 69 days (original disc) added to the new 365 (digital download), i've followed the tutorial and it just wont do it, if i re-install each just overwrites the other. Everything works fine on the pc, but the laptop only shows Norton 2013 as version 15, i thought it was supposed to be version 16, and finally on the lap top i am unable to access the disk health repair facility, if i re-install i get the gui error message. gasp.
