Hi Norton experts..
From the first time a bought a laptop i have allways had Norton Internet Security installed as my preferred Antivirus, but on this HP Envy 14-2090eo laptop i have experienced BSOD, when opening the Norton Internet Security software to access the user interface, and this problem have existed ever since the Internet Explorer 10 and also 11 arrived, so im still only able to have the Internet Explorer 9 version installed, to prevent the BSOD´s. I have used the Norton Internet Security since 2004, and only experienced problems on this laptop, i also have a lot of family members and friends laptops, where i also have installed this antivirus on and also a couple of them are HP products, but they are not experiencing these problems?? Can anyone tell me if there is a way getting around this problem, so i can install the latest Internet Explorer, i guess there are a lot of better safety connected to the newer versions of explorer, so it cant be the safest way to have IE 9 installed.. Furthermore i can tell that i have updated with all the latest updates from windows update and followed this guide, and then again updated windows update fully, but without any solution : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2670838
Here is a direct link to a screenshot of how the BSOD looks like : https://billedeupload.dk/images/2Mzfu.jpg
And here is a direct link to a screenshot of the software Whocrashed as it has analysed the mini dump files : https://billedeupload.dk/images/lqYvu.png
Actually it just now occured to me that there was a forum to Norton products, so i hope this can bring me further in trouble solving..
Hope to hear from you soon - best regards dennisfriis1
