Norton Internet Security - Complaint

I would like a refund on the money that was taken out of my account recently by Symantec for a product I no longer use (Norton Internet Security). The money was taken from my account via the automatic renewal system.

 

I have sent Norton two messages to ask for the refund, but I have not had a response.

 

I would therefore like to register a complaint with Norton, but I do not see any means to do so as they are just ignoring any attempt I make to contact them. Can someone help?

 

I would also like a refund!

Sorry about your experience ... you don't say how you tried to send messages but user feedback here is that using the online CHAT service of the Norton Support Team as below works quickly and painlessly -- they have the tools and access to the databases to deal with subscription problems.

 

To contact customer support Click on this link https://www.norton.com/chat   and work on from there.

Please let us know how you get on ....

 

Would you care to say why you stopped using NIS? Maybe we can help sort out technical problems if that was the cause.

Unfortunately if you go to that webpage and push and push that I want a refund you get to a page that says we can't help you and to contact Customer Support ......
