norton internet security fails to detect trojan? where to report ?

High I just installed a program ventrilo mix  , it may be old but is still very popular to people because of that the old verntrillo servers do not require the new licencies (so it is a important program even if it is old!). Very popular among gamers.

DO NOT TRY OUT THE FOLLOWING UNLESS FOR SECURITY TESTING!

Apperently the new downloads from ventrilomix<removed dummy link on request> installs fine without norton internet security(2009 updated) to detect anything.

Only after I launched world of warcarft did the blizzard system security check warn me something was installed that was suspious of beeing a trojan.

And indeed there was a yons32.exe process running and installed in start up folder. And a yons32.dll in the system folder of windows.

Strange enough I found a link on a forum of symantec http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/another-virus-hits-ussep-failed-protect which a user saying norton fails to detect it? 4months old ?????

Asked around and there are quiet some competitors failing but also succesfully detects this. But that this points the download location in google is still marked trusted and trojan does not get dected at all.
