Hi there
I have just purchased Norton Internet Security 2011 and installed it on both desktop and laptop - both machines will now not recognise the CD drive.
Can anyone tell me what to do to resolve this - at first I thought that the drive had failed but because it has happened in both computers I believe it must be something to do with Norton.
