Norton Internet Security is Disabled - Help

Every time I Log onto my Laptop, Norton Internet Security sends me to One-Click Support saying my Norton Internet Security has been disabled.

"Norton Product Currently Disabled

There is a problem with your Norton product and your PC is currently NOT protected.  Click the button below to resolve this issue.

(One Click Support)"

So, I click the One Click Support, and then it takes me to:

"Checking connectivity...

Building Support URL...

Loading Support Webpage...

(Checking.  This may take a few seconds)"

So I click NEXT.

It used to load the Support Page, but now this pops up instead:

Trying to Connect

Norton has detected a possible problem with your network connection.

Please check the follwoing:

* Make sure that all of yoru cables and plugs are securely plugged in and connected.
* If you are using a wireless connection or network device, be sure that it is operating correctly.
* If you have a network device that you are not using, try temporarily disconnecting it.
* Check you browser's Internet Options to ensure that you are using the required proxy settings.

After you make changes based on this information, please click Next to continue.

I am running Windows Vista and there is nothing wrong with my Wireless Connection.  I don't know what else to do.  The only other thing that has changed is I have installed AVG Free, but do not remember if that is about the time I started getting problems or not.

Thanks,
