Norton Internet Security Not responding

So far, I had no problem accessing my online vault every morning. Since this morning, it doesn't respond. It is impossible to log into it! I tried to open my Norton Internet Security program, ran a live update, tried to open the vault again and nothing happened, and it blocks all the other applications too. I have to go onto my window task manager to close the program. I turned my computer off, then on again and it still doesn't work. I also tried to "log in" as well into the online Norton Internet Security website from another computer, and it failed as well, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with my computer. Is there a problem with your website?
