Hello, I have Windows Vista and Norton Internet Security 2009. Norton was working fine until today when I downloaded a patch for a software and then Norton couldn't scan both full and quick scans. It stayed at 0 when it started and 30 mins later its still the same. Even when I try to close it, it doesn't work so I have to log off. When I go on the I.E, some error about the java comes up but I fixed that by deleting java. I tried re-installing Norton but it still doesn't work.
I have read the post: http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=nis_feedback&thread.id=67317 and I think I have the same problem with that person because similiar errors happen to me. I have attached the SysProt Log because it was the first step for the person in the thread I have linked. Please help me fix this problem.
