I was watching Norton Internet Security performing a scan when something came to my attention. Where it says "Scanning commonly infected areas and start-up files..." I began seeing such things as Trojan.Zlob, Backdoor.Subseven.215 and W32.Sality.U underneath. Does this mean that these files are on my machine? Or that Norton just takes it in mind to look for these during the scan?

Also, the scan results say that everything is OK and no threats were found.

Any help is appreciated.

Don't worry .

That means that Norton is looking for these on your machine. If your log tells you that you are clean, you can trust you really are

Thanks Stu! No need to worry now. :smileywink:

Glad I could help.
