I downloaded your free update in November 2012 ever since then I have not been able to open the Norton Internet Security dashboard, the icon appears on the screen, but when I click to open nothing happens. I renewed my subscription in January and I am still having the same problem. I have followed your instructions by downloading your removal tool and removing and reinstalling Norton, but this has not solved the problems. I think the software is working in the background, but I can't open internet security. I sent an email to the Norton spam folder in error and I can't get it back.
Are they any other solutions that I can try.

My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium, 32 bit, I have no other security software, I have always used Norton.
