Even if you resolve the 8506,421 problem be aware I am now having a problem in IE and Google Chrome with the Identity Safe vault when it is open. I get Unresponsive errors from most websites that the plugins have not been upload and it brings my laptop down to a halt. Be very careful. I have decided to look for other software and will eventually uninstall NIS. If anyone can recommend other security software please let me know. I have had it with Norton/Symantec and their handling of this NIS problem is despicable and totally unprofessional and obviously they don't give a **bleep** about any of us.
