i have installed norton internt security onto my laptop i worked fine for a few days then when i tried to do a virus scan onit it came up sayin symantec not responding. when i tried to re open the programme it comes up with norton security web app i have tried doing everything it has told me to do i have tried to re install it and even tried using the download manager. the programme is also up to do but nothing seems to work is there any ideas to fix this
