Norton Intrusion Autoblock

I was surfing the web on a site I've been visiting for about 6 years and I refreshed to find that my internet was disconnected. I ran a diagonsis to see what the problem was and it says that Norton Intrusion Autoblock has blocked my access to the internet. I tried to disable it and I still don't have access to the internet. How do I fix this?

Hi Celestian,

If Intrusion Autoblock has kicked in, it means that an attack has been launched repeatedly from the site to which you are attempting to connect.  Although you may have safely visited the site in the past it is not unusual for sites to sometimes be compromised and to have malicious content inserted.  Autoblock should only be blocking access to the site and should not be preventing you from otherwise getting online, so please clarify this point.

You can follow these instructions for turning off Autoblock:
