How do I reinstall the norton ips plugin for Firefox 3 because now when I click on plugins the norton ips plugin is not there?

The tool said everything was normal and no I haven't updated my browser.

But the first time I ran firefox after the Norton install was sandboxed so this could have caused the problem.

I still don't have the extension for firefox though.

You need to do a complete uninstall of Firefox. I mean complete. Firefox leaves alot of left over files and folders. use Revo Uninstaller in Advanced mode and select the option in the Firefox uninstaller to delete all files. After Firefox is uninstalled click next on Revo and delete the left overs it finds. Reboot and reinstall Firefox. I have done this several times and it it fixes it all the time. Remeber you cannot make chabges to your browser while under a Sandbox.

Of course. Thats why there is Febe. Firefox addons are the best thing since apple pie.
