Norton is the worst

I have had an issue with my subscription which caused me to contact Norton, via Chat, some eight weeks ago. I have since recontacted them on seven separate occasions and each time I have been PROMISED a return phone call within 24-72 hours. I am still waiting! On the last occasion I was PROMISED a callback or email from a supervisor or manager within 24 hours. I am still waiting! I have been a loyal Norton customer for over 20yrs, but I have now cancelled my auto renewal and WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION. I have also been promised a refund for the unused portion of my current subscription. AGAIN, I AM STILL WAITING!!
