It took an hour but I finally got a Norton human being on Chat. Deciphering the Chat public relations response: Norton has no idea how many times in 2025 they’ll be changing the User Interface and scrambling all of the controls to the exact same functions. Norton is best at switching everything between the first and second floors and then claiming they made an improvement. Norton is getting to be a monthly learning curve which is a hassle and time consuming. It’s ok, a differant company will receive my money for 2025.
