Issue abstract:In spite of putting directories on the exclude list, Norton keeps backing them up.
Detailed description: I want to back up 1 and only 1 directory in \Documents. I put c:\user\{name} on the exclude list but it still insists on backing up the \Documents and \Pictures folders. Why? There is another user on this computer and I put c:\user\{name2} on the exclude list and it didn’t back any of their files up. Why is it automatically backing stuff up that I don’t tell it to? I shouldn’t have to put everything on the exclude list, I want to tell it what to back up, not what NOT to back up. How do I stop this from using up my allotted storage with stuff I don’t want?
Mike
