I had a free sub for Avast, but preferred Norton, so I asked in a live support chat if I can renew this year for 50% off for €50 instead of €100. Chat ID was XXXXXXXX. In it, they agreed. When I was billed, it was for €100.
For 3 weeks I chased the €50 back, that I did not get. Every time I would talk to support, and it’s been DOZENS of times now, they just keep saying it will be handled. Meanwhile, I don’t have my money. So the last 2 weeks I’ve been trying to cancel the sub completely, and just get a full refund. This, again is being handled in the same way, delayed, no confirmation, no money returned.
This is a joke beyond my comprehension. Despite DOZENS of requests this keeps happening. Any help? I’ve been thinking of contacting my bank and telling them the story to get the money back, since clearly Norton is doing nothing.
