I had a free sub for Avast, but preferred Norton, so I asked in a live support chat if I can renew this year for 50% off for €50 instead of €100. Chat ID was 95052865. In it, they agreed. When I was billed, it was for €100.For 3 weeks I chased the €50 back, that I did not get. Every time I would talk to support, and it’s been DOZENS of times now, they just keep saying it will be handled. Meanwhile, I don’t have my money. So the last 2 weeks I’ve been trying to cancel the sub completely, and just get a full refund. This, again is being handled in the same way, delayed, no confirmation, no money returned. This is a joke beyond my comprehension. Despite DOZENS of requests this keeps happening. Any help? I’ve been thinking of contacting my bank and telling them the story to get the money back, since clearly Norton is doing nothing.

If you see an unauthorized charge on your credit card for a Norton product, you should immediately contact your financial institution to report the fraudulent transaction. They can then begin an investigation into your account. Additionally, contact Norton’s Customer Support to register the case and provide them with more information.
Contact your financial institution: Report the fraudulent charge to your bank or credit card company as soon as possible. They will likely investigate the transaction and potentially issue a refund.
Contact Norton Customer Support: Norton Support says you should also contact Norton’s customer support to register the case and provide them with information about the unauthorized charge.
Provide additional information: Norton may require additional information, such as your account details and the specific details of the unauthorized charge, to assist you further.
When I press “continue” nothing happens. I don’t think this is a coincidence but on purpose.

The exact same continue button you just showed, does not work. Try it yourself. I tried different browser and incognito so I know for 100% fact that error is on your side.
How CONVENIENT that a company that has a terrible rep for paying refunds, has a refunds request button that does not work!
