OS details: norton 360 deluxe nicht für android 8

Kann es sein, dass norton 360 auf Samsung tablets mit Android 8 nicht installierbar ist. Das Gerät ist in meinem Norton account, ich habe den Produktschlüssel aktiviert, das Jahresabo beginnt augenscheinlich zu laufen, aber installiern kann ich Norton auf dem Gerät nicht!

@ss_sss If you have a product installed on Android 9 or earlier versions they will continue to work but won’t get any new feature updates. If you happen to remove the older version of Norton on an older Android version Norton won’t run. Android 10 or higher is stated as a minimum requirement, some user have posted that Norton Support states Android 12 and higher are now required.
