Norton Life lock Home title protection does not recognize my ownership

My property is held in a Trust, and the name of that Trust is significantly different from my name.  Norton Life lock Home title protection does not recognize my ownership and is presumably not protecting my property.  There are no clear instructions on how to resolve this online and my phone calls to the listed support number have ended in a number of useless promises to fix the problem with no results.  Anyone have any ideas.

Please provide clear instructions on how to do this.  The Norton Life lock website does not provide a method.

Technically if the home is held in Trust, it is the Trust that owns the house. Not an individual. So if possible, it would be the Trust administrator that would have to try to register the title for protection.
