I've been trying to get my bank account connected for over 2 1/2 months. Contacted support a couple dozen times since 11/15/22. All I get is "REST ASSURED" some will contact you in 24hrs...BULLSHIT!
How many more online chats and phone calls have to be made before norton/lifelock can get the crap figured out!?
There is not a dedicated LifeLock forum board. I have asked this thread to be moved to the Other Norton Products/Services forum board.
I didn't see a forum for Lifelock issues...but I'm also new to this message board.
Unfortunately, there is no one in the forums that has access to your Account. So the only thing we can do from here is to escalate the thread and hope that the forum admins can send this thread to the right department that can do something about your issue.
As this is not a mobile product issue, I'll ask that this thread be moved to a more appropriate forum board where others may have some suggestions for you.
I've tried that phone number. I'm done dealing with automated phone service. I've already wasted 2 hours this morning on chat session. Now I'm being told my case is being "escalated" - this will be about the 5 time that has happened.
Are you asking about adding your bank account connected to a LifeLock account? If so, have you tried calling the phone number at the top of this LifeLock page? Or click on My Account and click on Member Support Center.
