I am currently running NIS 2009 and updated yesterday and the updater completed everything apart from WEB PROTECTION DEFINITIONS. I have tried to run tech support but crashes. I have browsed the forums but cant find any solutions. I just thought i should bring it to your attention so it can be solved. thanks for the help
