Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I've been having a problem with my Norton product for some time. It said I had an uncompatable virus scanner (Malwarebytes) that needed to uninstalled. I could never do it because it needed to be updated. So finally today I get a chance to update the Malwarebytes then uninstalled it successfully. Then Norton wouldn't work!!! I completely uninstalled Norton and reinstalled. Everything was ok until I tried to run the Live Updates! It scans, checks for updates then says Download and Process updates fail to complete!!! I followed just about everyone's suggestion on the forums including checking the pc clock and time. It's ok! I restarted my pc and NOTHING!!!! WTH????
