Detailed description: win 11 laptop virus definations oudated . i run live update ,it just keeps showing pending, ive shut off windows and retried, no luck, it still just keeps down loading updated .but doesnt finish.
i run same thing on my win 10 desktop,and it updates all with in a few minutes,
i cant seem to find what i am doing wrong?

If your Norton is not working as expected and you’ve tried Troubleshooting → Reset to Default &or Repair Norton & clean re-install Norton 360…then…reach out to Norton support.
