Today I ran System Restore on Windows 7 Computer and lost the latest Norton updates. I've run LiveUpdate and a 253 mb update is coming in at about 50 kbps, i.e., it takes more than 15 seconds to upload 1 mb. My cable internet connection is running at a measured 55 mbps. How can the LiveUpdate date be coming in so slowly?
