I just purchased and tried to download a new version of 10.2.1 for mac but after running as scan I'm advised there are no problems at all. I can't believe this as my computer is running so odd. Viral messages continue to be sent from my address book. Is there a way to get a live (and free) customer support from Norton? I had trouble downloading the new version and an not sure it's even loaded.
