Norton Management - Add Device Failing

Hi Guys, I have installed Norton 360 and am unable to add my device to Norton Management

 

From https://manage.norton.com/ I complete the steps to reach the add device amd am receiving "Failed to Add Computer" every time.

 

Email and password are correct - I am on a windows 7 - internet explorer 9.0.8 (also having same problem in Chrome and Firefox) Any ideas anyone?

Not sure what the problem is. How many times and over what period of time did you try this?

Please tell us the name of your product as listed on the main page of your product via Support > About, and the version as well.

 

Have you downloaded and installed the Norton Management Application on the system you are trying to add?

 

After installing Norton Management on the system you are trying to add,  you need to be on that system when selecting Add Device.
