Norton Management Settings Manager

I'm having a problem, hoping to get some help. I have Norton 360, it's been really good for the most part. However I had to recently do a System Restore on my Compac Presario CQ57-Laptop with Windows 7.  My Norton 360 was then all messed up.    I have uninstalled and then RE-installed and using Norton's Online Downloadable Uninstall/Re-Install Utility Tool.

Anyhow here is the problem:.....

Inoperable Hardware Devices

Problem : Norton 360 Premier Edition has detected inoperable hardware devices.

Recommendation : You may want to configure these hardware devices. Run Device Manager to properly configure hardware devices.

This section lists any hardware devices that are not working.
Data Type    Device Problem and Description
Device Type    Norton Management Settings Manager
Device Status    Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed...
Plug and Play ID    ROOT\LEGACY_CCSET_MCLIENT\000

I'm not getting any pop up Alerts with the red x, but I am not getting anymore of the latest updates.

I later this afternoon found my Laptop OFF, I powered it back on to first a black screen with Command Prompt asking if I wanted to boot up in Safe-Mode or start Windows 7 Normally. I scrolled down to Windows 7 Normally and hit Enter. When I signed back on to Windows I First had a popup message saying that Windows had just recovered from an unexpected power shutdown, Blue Screen

(Something Similar)

I'd just like to get this issue resolved.

Thanks, Kevin
