Norton Mobile says Trial Ends even after key entered

I've been using Norton Security for several years. I recently added my android phone & it shows up on my account as one of my 3 devices. The mobile app has been working fine for a few weeks, but today it began showing a message at the bottom: "Trial ends in 3 days". If I click on this and go to "I have already purchased the product" it asks for the product key. When I enter the key that is listed under this device in my acct. management, it accepts it and sends me back to the app, but the "Trial ends" message is still there. I tried rebooting the phone & clearing the app's cache already.
