Norton Mobile Security and Samsung Pay App

My Samsung Galaxy S6 system software was recently updated.  Ever since the update, whenever I unlock my phone, Norton Mobile pops up asking to unlock the Samsung Pay app.  I can continue by entering the PIN or going directly to the homepage, but it is annoying to have to go through this extra step every time I try to open my phone.

This also happens randomly when the phone is unlocked, for example when the phone is synched to my car's Bluetooth.

I did a quick check on Google and didn't see any this issue mentioned.  I try to keep up with Google Play app and Samsung App updates; I haven't seen any Norton Mobile updates since the last Android update came through,

Are you referring to Norton App Lock? If so, try going into the App Lock app and unlocking the Samsung Pay app. Then restart your device and see if you still have this problem.
