According to the Update Status, iOS is not affected, however I cannot register my account on my iPhone. I purchased the Norton Mobile Security today and everytime I try to log in on my iPhone I keep getting the error message "No License Available. Check your Norton Account for Details." Customer service was of no help to me. The website will not allow me to register my device. Maybe someone on here could help out.
Yes, I purchased it through the Norton Online Store as a bundle package with Norton 360. I did get the confirmation email from the order and I also checked my online account. When you click on the "Download" icon, it brings up another webpage with instructions for Android. Is there another product key I need? After doing some research I found the Norton Mobile Security Website. I was able to verify the product key, but then it wants me to download the App which I already have on my phone. I then tried instructions from a previous posting but I am still getting the same error message.
I just tried logging onto the mobilesecurity.norton.com website on my phone and now it's telling me there is a problem with registering this key. I verified the key and everything was entered correctly. This seems like a lot of trouble for this product.
