Hi everybody. Let's see if anyone could understand my problem. I've been using Norton mobile security for over year now. I used "add a device" (my phone) from the Norton security on my laptop, since I can add up to 10 devices. Just two days ago, I opened the app on my phone, and I was asked to verify my purchase and my product code kept getting rejected when I tried to log in on the phone's app. When not logged in, status says active. On my laptop, I registered the product code on Norton mobile security site. Why won't the app allow me to log in, asking me to verify my purchase, when my product code is registered? It doesn't look like an error code, but after clicking "Verify", the phone app says "The Product Key entered is not valid for this product.(-2012)". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
