Detailed description: Had offer to purchase this new software protection for mobile phone. But when try to download it opens Norton 360 which is already installed on mobile phone. Keep getting message to download new software but unable to do so as it just keeps opening Norton 360.

What is the error message you are seeing? When click on download NMS only option show is click to open Norton 360.

If you already have 360 installed, there is nothing to download. Just go to the Google App Store to get updates to your current product. The name may have changed, (Norton has a bad habit of doing this) but the product itself is the same.
Thanks for that. Norton emailed me offer in June for NMS as brand new product for £15 separate from Norton 360 as security enhancement for phone.
Under my subscriptions section it shows Norton 360 as already downloaded of course, and NMS as new purchase with order number and key prompting me to download. But keeps reverting to Norton 360 as you indicate.
I think I’ve been duped by Norton to buy a product I don’t need. I don’t suppose I’ll get my money back. How low can Norton get.
