Does anyone know how to get Norton to respond to a chat? I tried multiple times, but every time I hit "Save and Continue", I just get redirected back to the support page. Already tried deleting Norton from the cache. This is going to be my last stop before I cancel my subscription.

Thanks for all the input. I was finally able to talk to a human. Didn't resolve why chat wasn't working, but did get my original question taken care of.

Tried the Chat Now button - same issue
Tried "Something Else". Clicked on Take me to a live agent, then same issue. (Before I could even click on that, however, the chat session ended.)
Please allow all Norton support pages content.
Please try with all Norton pages ads, trackers, scripts, frames, etc., allowed and with VPN off.
