Norton Not Recognizing Passwords (Win 10 64bit)

The Problem:

When I try to log onto my Norton Identity via my Desktop (running Windows 10 64bit),  it routes me to Norton online (through Internet Explorer) to sign on to my Norton Account,  but then refuses to recognize my Norton password (even newly created ones).

This occurred when:

  1. I initially logged on through Internet Explorer.
  2. When I went back to log on through Norton Identity after
    • I changed my password through Internet Explorer, and then
    • I was routed to my Norton Account Page, and also after
    • I received the password change conformation email.
  3. When I went back to log on through Norton Identity after
  • I changed my password through Chrome, and then
  • I received a "connection"  error code when Chrome routed me to my Norton Account's Home page, and also after
  • I received the password change conformation email.

Background:

Saturday evening,  upon the advice of a Microsoft Windows 10 Technician (to fix the Start/Apps problem), I created a new User on my Desktop with Administrative privileges.   Today when I went to begin adding my preferences to that new User,  I went to open Norton Identity.   Because I was a new "User" it made me log onto my Norton Account.   That's when the problems began.   It would not recognize my life distinguished password,  nor when I reset them,  would it recognize any new password.   (How am I on here now?  Through my Tablet!) .

Even after setting up  an online session with a Norton tech, he checked everything to determine where the problem originated.   He could not determine where it was,  though we kept trying.   Finally,  we reached Norton's allotted limits for bad password inputs and the system suspended my account for an hour (still don't know why the Tech could not unsuspend me...).   The tech  just recommended I try again later.   I'll try later on today -  with a newly created,  and confirmed password done through my Tablet.
