Norton is now acting like the viruses that I am trying to avoid!
I originally bought Norton in the 90's, in part, to prevent pop ups. That was one of the features that Norton listed as reasons to buy it.
Lately, Norton now opens my Edge to "remind" me that I don't have all the features enabled. And then I open a Chrome session, and it adds another tab to remind me of what I just got reminded of. Gee, I guess I am a total idiot because I need to be asked over and over and over and over. Or perhaps I don't want to use some of those features? GASP!
So Norton --- please stop opening my Edge (which I rarely use) to remind me of something you have reminded me over a dozen times. I actually do understand that I don't have all the features enabled.
HOW DO I REMOVE PERMISSIONS FROM NORTON TO RUN PROGRAMS, LIKE EDGE, WITHOUT MY CONSENT?
