I have put Norton 360 onto my iPad and now I’m not getting photos on my emails?

Norton should not be blocking photo’s in emails. I just checked my emails and found a number with photos. They were not downloaded by default, but tapping on them does download and display them.
Something you may be seeing is a message about loading content at the top of the email screen. Tapping on Load Content will bring up images. See this Apple Support article. If you see 'Unable to load remote content privately' at the top of an email - Apple Support (CA)
