Norton Online Back Up "Setting" Button Doesn't Work

I am trying to exclude some folders from my online back up. I am logged into online back up. The instructions tell me to click on the settings button but it doesn't work. Please help. Thank you.

When I go to my online back up page nothing happens when I click on the settings button. I logged in and on the "getting started" page under 360 it says "you cannot manage backups online". Oh, dear..... I guess that means I have to call support again. Thanks for you help. C

Are you using Norton 360 as your primary backup or Norton Online Backup? They are two separate products but Norton 360 has a web interface that allows you to access the backup content online.
