i downloaded and installed norton online backup2 yesterday and began to back up 16g of data. it's been running over 30 hours and have only backuped 30% (or roughly 5g). i have online chatted and talked with india a couple of itmes today and been told it's 'proceeding nomally'.
the guys in india told me to partition into smaller sets for back up and that would sepeed it up. the way i look at it i will transfer the same amount of information, so smaller sets will simply mean more work for me in starting new sessions.
i also treid to connect direct to my modem rather htan wireless, but no diffrence
i have dsl from att and generally download speeds are pretty good
any ideas or advice???
