As apparently has happened to many others based on a cursory review of the forum, my NOBU account is refusing to release space used by my old computer.
I had to replace the machine on which I had originally installed NOBU (bad motherboard). After installing NOBU on the new machine, I saw that the old computer was still listed, so my space usage was doubled. I removed the old computer, but NOBU refuses to free up the space.
I see that similar problems reported by others have been resolved, but since the resolution was via private message I can't tell how. It might be helpful to all to have such solutions reported in the forum.
In any case, help with this problem would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance. The problem seems to be resolved.
I think it would be easier on Symantec if the resolution to these issues could be published in the forum so users could help themselves, but I'm assuming that the fix involves some kind of account manipulation that can only be done by Symantec employees. In any case, my problem has been resolved. Thanks again.
