Norton Online Family - downtime over 3 days+

It's unbelievable - on the Website of Online Family you get the information "the service is temporarely not available. please try later again" - I wanted to make changes, because my son needed access to a website (for his homework) - and have been blocked out over 3 days - no way to administer the account.

 

I have not gotten any information in front of it - I have no solution (support says: perhaps it will be available tomorrow) -

that's a reason to terminate all existing contracts.

 

Anybody any solution -so I would be able to make the changes ?
