Norton Online Family problems after update

I was able to get this installed on my son's PC and it seems to be working okay for the blocking of websites, blocking out time periods, and restricting total time allowed per day, but it keeps telling me that it needs to install the update when I know that the new version was installed. I did let it install a second time, but that just created two machines showing up for my son's account. I resolved that by deleting the old one and kept the newer machine name.

 

The problem that I am having is that no activity is being logged when I check it with my Norton Online Family logon via the web page. The last activity that shows up for time used or web or anything is from the day before I updated to the new version. This needs to be fixed ASAP because that is half of the reason that I bought this software in the first place. I can still update the rules via the web page and those seemed to be pushed to my son's PC, but that is not enough to keep this software. Either fix it, tell me what to do to fix it, or refund me the money that I spent on your software!
