Hello I recently purchased a Droid Maxx XT1080M phone for my child and Norton Family was recommended to me by a friend to assist us keeping tabs.
I love the features of Norton Family however it keeps locking up the phone.
When the phone goes to sleep/locks and is not plugged in it will not wake up. The phone is on but will not ring or even bring up the screen to unlock. We must hold the power button to soft reset the phone to recover.
It works fine when plugged in and sleeping/locked.
I've narrowed it down to this app by factory reset the phone and erasing all data. The phone works fine until I install this app and this problem presents itself again. When I remove the app the sleep/lock works properly.
I can't get a new phone at this point so I need to solve this problem or find a new solution to secure my kid on this device.
