I use the norton 360 suite and always used the password manager, but the last few months it just doesn't work on pc.
the box pops up and asks to save the password I do this but the password doesn't save, if I enter the password manually it just says something went wrong.
The only way to get a password to save is either use my mobile devices and then it will be there available on the pcs or edit another password and use its entry to save a new website login e.g edit Amazon to save Ebay etc.
I have removed all the software, all the addins and still it just doesn't work, any ideas as Norton had no clue last time I logged it.
