Hi,
This morning I turned on my desktop only to see that a new "Norton" product had installed all by itself. Is this legit? (Norton PC Checkup 3.0)
Thanks,
Sue

Hi sue984,
PC Checkup is sometimes bundled with other software that you might have downloaded or updated recently. There is always a provision to opt out of installing such piggyback software, so you do need to be be alert for bundled products whenever you are installing free programs. You should be able to remove PC Checkup in Windows Add/Remove Programs.
