I have chatted with a rep who has transferred me to a level 2 tech who has then sent my problem over to "an engineer"........my problem is that the perfomance graph for useage is not showing anything, its not working. Norton has copied logs from my computer it has been a month now with no solution. If i do a reset it will work until my computer goes to sleep but then stops, i have called repeatedly about this but all i get is "we are still working on it". The other day i get a call asking me if my problem has been resolved.....how can it be if they have not contacted me with a solution, but i called back and sat on hold for over 1 hour after which i hung up......this is very frustrating.....can anybody suggest another anti-virus program with backup similar to Norton.
ok, well then I'm glad its not just me and I am not alone......now if Norton would just solve this problem.

Just an FYI that several Norton users (including myself) have been reporting the same problem with the Performance Graph in the NIS/N360/NAV and Norton Security boards since v22.9.0 was released in January 2017. Some users have noted that CPU activity is graphed correctly after their system is re-booted but that the issue reappears the first time the system goes into idle mode.
