Issue abstract: I get a Norton pop up for “bankMode.toaster.title” repeatedly when visiting financial sites.
Detailed description: The Norton pop up lists: bankMode.toaster.title, bankMode.toaster.desc,
bankMode.toaster.openBankMode, and bankMode.toaster.excludeNotification
in the pop up box. The last two appear to be links, but nothing opens when they are clicked. This just started happening today.
