I came up with the same.
Have a great day, and ` THANK YOU ` for your time concerning this matter.
Hello Bowwie
Can you please tell us what symptoms of malware your computer was showing when you ran NPE?
Other than some slowless in the operating speeds sometimes ( which could my internet connection at times )
NOTHING , I Hope
I have run with Norton Products since I, started working with computers and they have constantly protected my online presence.
I fully understand the risks envoled when doing scans when they are not warranted, but I believe they give me alot of peace at mind when using the internet for just about everything in my world, and others that depend upon the connections.
Further more, I don`t `Fix or Delete` anything without putting it againest the wall, so to speak.
Hope this explains
Hi Bowwie,
I'm happy that you are cautious with this sort of thing and fully check things out before clicking on the Fix button.
Best wishes.

Hi Bowwie,
A quick question.
DId you run the NPE in the normal mode or the aggressive mode. This will help me route the information to the appropriate team.
